A BeCu Ping, marvellous. I had a great Anser 2 and a B60. Both got stolen….and I’ve never been able to replace either..

Taylormades wood, hat and bag deal is worth more than Pings exclusive (thanks to many sheeple) So he takes TM’s money and gets to play Pings sounds like a win win. Congrats to D.A.

Nice to see an avg. hitter / grinder like D.A. win again. I think Ping should buy him a bag and provide a nice Ping headcover for that SIlly white Driver. Better yet, he should game the new Anser or G25 Driver and get away from TM completely.

I agree. TM is way over represented. It’s false advertising for all those players wearing TM hats yet playing another OEM equipment. I predict Ping will be signing DA up for a lot of endorsements very quick.

DA is clearly a Ping player. His 2nd shot into #18 was with the Ping hybrid and for his clutch chip on #17 he chipped using a Ping iron. Just shows that TaylorMade is good at marketing, but not much else.

D.A. was using a manganese bronze Ping Anser putter. They never made the Anser model in BeCu.

Awesome …. love how he is using the older equipment. I firmly believe that alot of the newer equipment is all marketing hype and scam anyway. The golfball is what’s juiced.

Love it when the tour guys have clubs from years ago, shows above all else talant is everything!

12 of 14 clubs are Ping yet he’s a Taylormade staffer with Footjoy shoes….makes sense.

Seems a lot of Tmags staff is playing the white driver with PInG irons/metal woods…

OLD PING too! Way old. I didn’t know that the i5 had legal grooves. I thought they were made BEFORE the groove rule. But I guess Tour guys can get whatever they want. Not a good advertising tool to have somebody like Points win with old gear though, huh? Funny

Everybody is bringing up the point that D.A. has a ton of Ping but he is sponsored by Taylormade, That is what Taylormade wants, they want a white driver and a big white staff bag walking around. Thats what the everyday guy watching tv sees, not the small logo on the irons. Taylormade is the number one driver on the tour because they will pay people just to play the driver ONLY

With the PGA Tour across the border in Canada this week, GolfWRX Tour Photographer Greg Moore stayed stateside and headed to the OccuNet Classic presented by Amarillo National Bank in Amarillo, Texas.

It’s always interesting to see what the guys are playing on the KFT, and this week certainly hasn’t disappointed so far, with some incredible wedge stamping on display.
