Are you surprised these are the best-selling golf shoes on Amazon?

As you know, at GolfWRX, we are creatures of the buy-sell-trade forum, observers of the hottest releases from major OEMs, and, of course, connoisseurs of tour equipment (as visible in our weekly WITBs from the PGA Tour). It’s worth remembering, however, for good or ill, that there are other avenues folks travel in the golf equipment, accessories, and apparel worlds, including the world’s largest online retailer, Amazon. It is with curiosity, and perhaps sometimes repulsion, that we like to check out what the golfing public is purchasing from “the everything store.”

With respect to golf footwear, we took a look this morning at the best-sellers in the category and were certainly intrigued by the results.

Here are the current top five best-selling golf shoes on Amazon.

5. FootJoy Men’s Prolite Previous Season Style Golf Shoe

Clean-looking shoe at an attractive sub-$70 price point. Good option for those who want something that looks like a fusion of a sneaker-style shoe with something a bit more traditional.

4. Adidas Men’s Tech Response 3.0 Golf Shoe

With two Tech Response entries on the list, Adidas appears to be selling a million of these in both spiked and spikeless incarnations. Nothing to hate about the design, and with the Three Stripes, its demonstrably from a major manufacturer for $65 bucks.

3. FootJoy Men’s FJ Originals Golf Shoe

Perhaps the most surprising inclusion on the list and confirmation that, for all the Jordans on the course these days, the traditional golf shoe is alive and well. The $100 price point is doing some work here as well, it seems.

2. Adidas Men’s S2G Spikeless 24 Golf Shoe

Something in a recognizable Adidas silhouette, athletic and sneaker-style, with plenty of cushion at a decent price.

1. Adidas Men’s Tech Response Spikeless 3.0 Golf Shoe

Interesting to see that the top two entries here are spikeless models. Clean, comfortable, water-resistant, less than 70 bucks with a touch of flair on the sole. Hard to argue with these securing the top spot.

Slab city on the Korn Ferry Tour — Lead Tape Report

This week, we have our Tour Photographer, Greg Moore, on the ground at the OccuNet Classic at Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas, for the 14th event of the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour season. With that, we see some great things in the Lead Tape Report as we roll into Amarillo.

Joel Thelen

Monday Qualifier, Joel Thelen is in the field this week. He has played on the Korn Ferry Tour for a full season in 2023, and he is back in action this week. A couple of clubs caught my eye this week in his bag.

First off: His trusted Titleist 816 H2 hybrid. This club came out in October of 2015, and it still remains strong in the bag. Also, take a look at this Odyssey White Hot OG 7, putting a capital S in the 7S model. This custom neck has some impressive lean for an arm-lock-style putter. The bottom of the putter is covered in tape for optimal weighting.

Mitchell Meissner

Taking a look at Mitchell Meissner’s bag this week, we have some great lead tape coverage. Top to bottom working from fairway metals, irons, and wedges. We can see on the short irons and wedges that there is tape at the base of the grip, adding a little counterbalance. Along with that, some tape on the short irons and wedges as well. Moving to his putter, he rolls the Odyssey 7 Bird putter. Meissner putts left-handed and strikes the ball right-handed.
