What does “10.5 degrees @ 9.0 degrees” mean?

It means that the driver head is a 10.5 degree model, but the adjustable hosel is used to change the actual loft down by 1.5 to 9.0 degrees.
For most drivers, this has the additional effect of causing the driver face to sit more open at address, which many better players and pros prefer. This helps to keep the ball from hooking (going to far left for a right-handed player).

But interesting that he then puts the adjustable weight in the heal. One of the best drivers out there though so it clearly works.
