Langer and Tom Lehman should have a contest to see who can bag the most odd, old battered clubs in a bag in a tournament – now that would be a good one to see

Wonder what Bryson was thinking when he saw this bag and realized he’d been beat by a boomer?

Set at 11:30? What does that mean and why would he do that?

Usually the logo of the grip is at 12:00, straight even with the face. 11:30 means the logo or reminder is a tad rotated left, so that if you grip it in a regular way it’ll be a slightly weaker grip. Several PGA pros i know do this to remind them to grip it weaker

So much for notion that you’ve gotta have the latest and greatest in your bag.

That iron setup is too funny – it’s like he went on Ironfinder and just started picking whatever for kicks. Being such a meticulous player, it would be interesting to read how he actually decided on each model. Good to see him still playing so well and hope it continues through the weekend.

It’s good to see the Adams hybrid in Bernhard’s bag. Adams made great clubs. Too bad TaylorMade killed them.

My buddy is a big fan of picking up random mismatched clubs at garage sales (even his irons). After seeing Bernhard’s bag, I’m not sure I can make fun of him anymore.

Ah, who am I kidding, I’ll still make fun of him.

And if nothing else I’ll still make fun of him for wearing two gloves.
