Wait a minute.. you can win tournaments and play at a high level without paying $500 for the newest Taylormade driver? WOW!

He will have a new driver sometime this year maybe a 2021 model…pros cannot afford to turn away equipment money..and you know the truth is there really is not much different between a 3 year old driver and the the new model…difference maybe 3 practice sessions on the range and a couple rounds with new driver.

You can bend anything with care . Great win for our Canadian . We are a small nation and still produce very good talent in all sports . Makes me proud to be a Canuck.

The Kingdom in Carlsbad is a pretty neat place. Was there for training and a fitting a few years ago, hitting balls on the range.

Goes to show that the anti-loft jacking messaging from OEM’s doesn’t mean much when the super game improvement iron with the right loft for gapping is what a tour player chooses to play. The 21* iron with 2 iron length must hit the right “window.” When if we go by the OEM explanation, it should be a 16* or 17* iron…

Somebody on site reported it is actually bent to 19 degrees

Somebody else on site reported that it was bent to 23 degrees.

There’s no way it’s bent to 19. Those irons already have a ton of offset, since they are the most forgiving iron in their line, for high handicapp players. . Bent 2* strong would add even MORE offset. Also, not sure you can even bend loft on those since they aren’t forged.

They had it flipped… that 4 iron is stock 19 degrees, had it bent to 21
