Nike releases Masters Edition of the TW ’13
It’s been a pretty good year so far for Tiger Woods. He has won three of the five events he has competed in, and reclaimed the No. 1 spot in the Official World Rankings following his win at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Now, to help celebrate the first major of the year, as well as Tiger’s quest for a fifth green jacket, Nike is releasing a limited-edition version of its TW’13 shoes that feature — what else? — some green on them.
The shoes, which will sell for $180 like the other two TW’13 versions, feature a band of green on the bottom of the shoes that almost matches the color of the green jacket. The limited edition shoes also feature a yellow eye-stay and a red TW logo on the shoe tongue.
These shoes will be available starting March 28 at select retailers and on Nike’s website.
The TW’13 was first released last June (click here to read GolfWRX’s article about its release) and was helped created by Woods after he asked Nike to design a golf shoe that would give him the same fit and feel as his Nike Free running shoes.
The result of Woods’ request was the TW’13, which as a company press release states, features an “outsole [that] is designed to mimic and conform to the natural motion of the foot, coupled with the protection and traction of a lightweight performance golf shoe. This innovative outsole delivers flexibility that allows the athlete to keep contact with the ground longer, unleashing the full power of their swing.
The Nike TW ’13 also features the Nike Dynamic Fit support system. Targeted support delivers unprecedented strength-to-weight ratio and one-to-one fitted support. Flywire infused nylon straps extend 360 degrees from the footbed to the lacing system, securing the foot for an adaptive fit that provides golfers stability with mobility.”

Slab city on the Korn Ferry Tour — Lead Tape Report
This week, we have our Tour Photographer, Greg Moore, on the ground at the OccuNet Classic at Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas, for the 14th event of the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour season. With that, we see some great things in the Lead Tape Report as we roll into Amarillo.
Joel Thelen
Monday Qualifier, Joel Thelen is in the field this week. He has played on the Korn Ferry Tour for a full season in 2023, and he is back in action this week. A couple of clubs caught my eye this week in his bag.
First off: His trusted Titleist 816 H2 hybrid. This club came out in October of 2015, and it still remains strong in the bag. Also, take a look at this Odyssey White Hot OG 7, putting a capital S in the 7S model. This custom neck has some impressive lean for an arm-lock-style putter. The bottom of the putter is covered in tape for optimal weighting.

Mitchell Meissner
Taking a look at Mitchell Meissner’s bag this week, we have some great lead tape coverage. Top to bottom working from fairway metals, irons, and wedges. We can see on the short irons and wedges that there is tape at the base of the grip, adding a little counterbalance. Along with that, some tape on the short irons and wedges as well. Moving to his putter, he rolls the Odyssey 7 Bird putter. Meissner putts left-handed and strikes the ball right-handed.

Just got mine. They are really great looking shoes. I have the original TW 13 shoes and think they are great except I wished I had bought them a half size larger. I got the Masters edition in a larger size and they fit perfectly.

How anyone thinks these shoes look good is beyond me. They look ugly and cheap.

Just seen that they are releasing TW14 model soon, very similar just slight improvements to the design. looks like its only coming in Black and White again which is so 1990’s
Trying to Squeeze the last $$$ out of the TW13 model before its on the sale rack.
They look OK but I generally agree with Woody why not more colour like the other recent Nike golf shoes releases

I’m pretty disappointed with these. Phenomenal lack of green and yellow. Wish these celebrated the Masters more
