Three Swing Challenge: Testing Mizuno’s JPX925 Forged irons
This week we’re testing another set of 2025 irons with the Mizuno JPX925 Irons making their way to the Three Swing Challenge!
The Mizuno JPX 925 Forged irons offer golfers a harmonious blend of distance, control, and the signature Mizuno feel. Central to their design is the CORTECH technology with a Contour Ellipse Face, which optimizes ball speed across the clubface, ensuring consistent performance even on off-center hits.
The irons feature a multi-material construction: the longer irons (4-7) are forged from Chromoly 4120, providing strength and flexibility for enhanced speed and adjustability, while the shorter irons (8-GW) utilize 1025E Pure Select Mild Carbon Steel, delivering precision and a soft feel. The Triple Cut Sole design enhances turf interaction, offering versatility across various lies and conditions.
