    That’s easy.
    Give them free clubs. Give them free balls. Let them play for free on the most expensive private golf courses.

    Reduce the cost: equipment, incl second hands, is expensive with golf shops stocking only premium brands. Green fees, lessons, club membership, clearly out of reach.

    Exclusivity reigns in golf making it an elitist sport. Country club vibe is so colonial and racist in diverse countries that access is limited by association.
