Bryson DeChambeau is testing Cobra’s new 3d printed prototype irons, with the 28-year-old posting a video on his Instagram page over the weekend enthusiastically trying out the new iron set:

While testing the irons, Bryson made note of how impressed he was with the ball speed and spin rate he was generating.
Since 2016, Bryson has been using Cobra’s one-length irons which have given him some mixed results. He has ranked as one of the best players on Tour in proximity from 200+ yards, but has struggled mightily from 125 yards and in.
Once again, DeChambeau is proving he will stop at nothing to improve his game in all areas and will work tirelessly in the process. You can check out the full video of Bryson testing out the irons below.

At the 2015 John Deere Classic, Jordan Spieth downed Tom Gillis in a playoff for his fourth victory of the season. Spieth entered the final round with a two-stroke lead, bolstered by a Saturday 10-under 61, and was steady enough Sunday to book passage to a playoff at 20 under par. When Gillis wasn’t up to the task, Spieth captured his second trophy at the Silvis, Illinois, event.

I doubt Bryson is using any iron from his set from 125 and in. Those mixed results are coming from whatever wedges he has in the bag that are way too long for a wedge.
